    So I got the kids ready for a walk to the shop. After a minute stroll, and it was a stroll with a year old wanting to touch and point at everything in sight. I was shock to almost walk in the sliding doors, then to see a sign saying. Due to lack of staff the shop will be closed. Quite frustrating to say the least. On a whole I think the store is quite good, friendly and convenient. But on a manageable side I think more should of been done to keep the store open. As I would imagine you can agree that it must be a massive loss of revenue having to close.My star rating is because Im annoyed right now.

    Disgusting. Just horrified by what I have just witnessed. Young girl being ‘literally’ manhandled outside by a tall dark haired chap from the shop, he was easily twice her size and very daunting. Accusing her of shoplifting. This was all very open and and public and very disturbing to watch. What a joke and a terrible way to behave. Don’t think I shall be going back there again.

    No wonder Joe Lycett did a whole segment on coop, they have steadily got worse over the years. In this particular store the Self scan which is supposed to quick and easy way to pay, but only if the staff aren't ignorant, and serve people (one of which had a trolley full of shopping) while I was left waiting to be age verified on an item.. terrible service no acknowledgement from the man on the til after minutes I left and went to a much better coop.
